1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Atomspect subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remains active until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with Atomspect, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds are not typically provided for subsequent billing cycles or partial months of service. However, we may offer credits or refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the entire year. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will continue to have access for the remainder of the year. Refunds for annual plans follow the 7-day initial purchase rule.
